1. Overview
Welcome to Outi Studio. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Outi Studio
website, online store, products and related services (“Services”). By using the Services or placing an order, you
agree to these Terms, together with the policies incorporated into them.
These Terms are intended to apply to our South African online retail business and are subject to applicable South
African law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded,
restricted or limited.

3. Use of the Website
You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation,
attempt unauthorised access, transmit malicious code, infringe intellectual property rights, impersonate another
person, or use automated means to access or extract information in a manner that violates these Terms or
applicable law.
4. Products and Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizes and other information
are accurate. Screen settings and device differences may affect how colours and product appearance are
displayed.
Product availability, descriptions, pricing and specifications may change. We may discontinue products or limit
quantities where reasonably necessary. Nothing in this section limits statutory consumer rights regarding the
quality, safety, suitability or conformity of goods.
5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you submit an order through the website, you are making an offer to purchase the selected goods. Your
order is subject to acceptance by Outi Studio and successful payment or payment authorisation, as applicable. An
order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order cannot subsequently be cancelled where permitted by
law or these Terms.
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or product error has occurred,
payment cannot be verified, suspected fraud is identified, or where cancellation is otherwise permitted by law. If we
cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant payment in accordance with
applicable law.
Prices, Payment and Taxes
Prices are displayed in South African Rand unless otherwise stated. The price payable is the price shown at
checkout, subject to correction of genuine errors and applicable law. Shipping charges are shown separately
where applicable.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment and contact information and for using a payment method you
are authorised to use. Any applicable taxes, customs duties or import charges will be handled as stated at
checkout or in the relevant shipping information.
7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds
Our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms. It explains the voluntary 14-day return
period, cancellation procedure, refund process, non-returnable items, exchanges, damaged or incorrect orders,
and applicable international/EU provisions.
For orders placed electronically in South Africa, statutory consumer cancellation and return rights may apply in
addition to our voluntary return policy. Where a statutory right applies, that right takes precedence over any
conflicting provision in our policy.
Customers should request a cancellation as soon as possible and before dispatch where they wish to stop an
order before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may need to be handled as a return in
accordance with the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
8. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard South African shipping is R80 with an
estimated delivery time of 3–5 business days, and free standard shipping is offered on orders over R700. Selected
international destinations are charged a flat R320, with estimated delivery of 7–14 business days.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may arise from couriers, customs, weather, public holidays or other
circumstances outside our reasonable control. International customers are responsible for applicable customs
duties and import taxes.
9. Intellectual Property
The Outi Studio name, branding, logos, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, videos and other website
content are owned by or licensed to OUTI and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use
website content only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we give written permission or applicable law
permits otherwise.
10. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use third-party services, payment providers, shipping providers, analytics tools or links.
Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by law, OUTI is not
responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.
11. Shopify
Outi Studio is powered by Shopify. Sales made through the store are transactions between you and OUTI. Shopify
provides the ecommerce platform but is not the seller of the products purchased from Outi Studio, subject to
applicable law.
12. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with the Outi Studio Privacy Policy and applicable law. Our Privacy
Policy is available through the website. Shopify also processes certain information as part of providing the
ecommerce platform.

13. Reviews and Feedback
If you submit a review, suggestion, photograph, idea or other feedback, you confirm that you have the necessary
rights to submit it and that it does not unlawfully infringe another person’s rights. You grant OUTI a non-exclusive,
worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that feedback for purposes connected
with operating and promoting the Services, subject to applicable law.
14. Errors and Changes
We may correct typographical errors, pricing errors, availability information or other inaccuracies. Where an error
materially affects an order, we may contact you and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
15. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We will take reasonable steps to keep the Services available and information accurate, but we do not guarantee
uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, OUTI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising
from use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully
be excluded or limited under South African law.
16. Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our
business, customers or third parties, or where a user materially breaches these Terms, subject to applicable law.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction
of the courts of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdiction provided by
applicable law.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on the website. The updated version will state its
effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent
permitted by law.
